Safety

Safety is of the upmost importance to Clyde Marine Cruises, and the CRUISER conforms to all safety regulations and undergoes annual drydocking and certification by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.

The vessel is equipped with electronic navigation equipment, and is in full radio contact with the harbour authorities and coastguard at all times. CRUISER is also fully equipped with lifejackets and self inflating life rafts.

Our crews have a minimum of seven individual certificates for marine safety related subjects. Our vessels are operated in accordance with our approved Safety Management Code.

Insurance

CRUISER is surveyed and licensed by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and is fully insured with passenger liability insurance of £10 million.
